Details from the report indicate the alleged event as having occurred outside of the Fontainebleau Hotel. It is alleged that McGregor slapped a phone out of a fan’s hand after he attempted to take a photo. McGregor then proceeded to stomp the phone, pick it up, and walk away with it.

The incident is believed to have occurred around 5 am EST. McGregor was arrested at approximately 6 pm the same day.

Conor was handed two bonds valued at $7500 and $5000 each for a total bond of $12,500.
This recent incident comes on the heels of several run-ins with legal trouble for McGregor.
