Greg Hardy will make his UFC debut in January 19 in Brooklyn, New York.
Greg Hardy will make his UFC debut in January, according to UFC president Dana White . Hardy looks set to face Allen Crowder UFC Fight Night on Jan. 19 in Brooklyn, New York.
UFC president Dana White confirmed that the fight is nearly finalized, although contracts had not been signed when speaking to ESPN on Tuesday.
Greg is now 3-0 in his profighting career with two of those victories coming on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series. Hardy was signed to a developmental deal with the UFC after his 1st win.
Hardy signing does not come with a bunch of roses.  The Ex NFL player was initially convicted of assault on a female and communicating threats over the 2014 allegations, But those chargers were later dismissed as an appeal case was about to be heard, & then expunged , after his ex-girlfriend, who is believed to have reached a civil settlement with Hardy, stopped co-operating with prosecutors. Then in 2016, Hardy was arrested for cocaine possession in Texas.
Dana White has acknowledged Hardy’s past will “follow him for the rest of his life”
Crowder, of Mebane, North Carolina, hasn’t fought since December 2017, with five of his nine wins have come via knockout.
Given Hardy’s history I think that having him fight on the same card as Rachael Ostovich is bit of shambles considering what has just happened with Rachel & her Husband in last few weeks.
