Initial UFC 303 tickets prices forecast the promotion will likely top the its live gate record.

Tickets for the June 29 pay-per-view event (ESPN+) at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas go on sale April 26 via AXS. The event is headlined by Conor McGregor vs. Michael Chandler in a five-round welterweight bout.

Multiple people with knowledge of the situation recently informed MMA Junkie of set starting prices. Initial UFC 303 tickets are in price categories of $3,005 (center riser);  $2,505 (lower level lower side); $2,005 (lower level end low); $1,755 (lower level end middle); $1,505 (lower level end high); $1,255 (mezzanine low); $1,005 (mezzanine high); $705 (upper center high); $605 (upper level corner); $505 (upper level end low); and $405 (upper level end high).

The figures reflect the prices before dynamic pricing, platinum designations, taxes and fees. The figures do not represent second-party resales.

Dynamic pricing is an option many organizations and artists use to fluctuate ticket prices based on demand. The method has become more prevalent over the past decade. The higher the demand and the less supply, the higher the prices are adjusted.

It’s likely, if not certain, fans eager to get their hands on UFC 303 tickets will shell out more than the prices listed above. Regardless, the starting prices, when compared to other events, including last week’s milestone UFC 300, indicate the promotion very well could break its gate record, currently held by UFC 205.

UFC 205, which took place in November 2016 at Madison Square Garden in New York, was headlined by Eddie Alvarez vs. Conor McGregor and produced a $17.7 million gate.

UFC 300 was the third-largest gate in promotion history at $16,508,823, so a path toward record-breaking figures for UFC 303 clearly is possible, a side-by-side comparison of the two starting prices shows.

UFC 300 tickets were in price categories of $2,000 (floor); $1,500 (center riser); $1,250 (lower level lower side); $1,000 (lower level end low); $750 (lower level end middle); $600 (lower level end high); $500 (mezzanine low); $400 (mezzanine high); $350 (upper center high); $300 (upper level corner); $250 (upper level end low); and $200 (upper level end high).
